Return Policy

General Policy:

These are's standard return policy only for products you purchase directly from the website.
All products can be applied for a return merchandise authorization within the return warranty (30 days), but the return of the product without quality problems requires the buyer to pay for the freight.
All returns will take effect after obtaining authorization to return the goods.
If the product is defective or unusable before you start using it, you can return it to us within the valid warranty period (30 days).
Warning: If we receive a product that does not meet the return conditions, we will return it to you at our own expense:

2. Ship the return goods after you get the RMA authorization.
Once you ship return goods, please note the return item must be with original packing, accessories and shipping address from customer service center together with RMA authorization.
Notes: please offer tracking number for return shipment. won’t take any responsibility for any missing return shipment.

3. Get the replacement or Refund.
Mechdiy will arrange for resend or refund upon receiving your return package within 1-3 business days. The money will send back to you within 3-5 business days ,if you did't receive money after 5 business days, please contact with us

Return shipping and address:
1. All shipping fees are at the customer expense. This includes shipping fees for a return or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If the returning is due to our reasons, the goods received are broken or not correct, please take a photo and send to us, then you are not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
2. Please contact your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping fee. We recommend you use the cheapest registered airmail method that is available.
