1. Firmware Update Notice (Trimui Smart Pro S)
The official Trimui Smart Pro S firmware version 1.0.1 is available at the link below:

Important:
Devices or TF cards purchased from our store are pre-configured and do NOT require any additional firmware updates
If you encounter problems when manually upgrading the firmware, you can restore the system by flashing back to the correct version. For instructions, please refer to the article Trimui Smart Pro S Firmware Upgrade Guide (Standard Update).
2. System Versions & TF Card Compatibility (Very Important)
Trimui Smart Pro and Trimui Smart Pro S use different customized operating systems, and their system cards are NOT compatible with each other.

❗ Please make sure the TF card matches the correct device model.
Using a Smart Pro system card on a Smart Pro S (or vice versa) may cause games to fail to launch or system errors.
3. Game Won’t Launch? Try Switching the Emulator
If a game cannot be launched, shows a black screen, or gets stuck during startup, you can try switching the emulator manually:

Highlight the game in the game list

Press the X button

Select a different emulator and relaunch the game
This is a normal compatibility adjustment and does not indicate a hardware issue.
