The following situations may indicate SD card failure:
1. No game files, no games when inserted into the game console
2. Game files are available but cannot run properly
3. A few games can run, but most games cannot run
4. The machine cannot run properly when the SD card is inserted, and the machine returns to normal after the SD card is removed
5. The internal files cannot be opened when the SD card is inserted into the computer

After discovering the SD card failure, you can:
1. Refresh ROMS. If it is a buffer problem, then refresh it and it will be solved.
2. If the refresh does not work, please contact our after-sales service (service@mechdiy.com). When contacting after-sales service, provide a picture of the SD card capacity and the internal files of the SD card similar to the picture below.

The following reasons may cause SD card failure:
1. The machine may not buffer and respond, resulting in some files not being read
2. There may be a problem with the SD card when copying, resulting in incomplete files
3. Incorrect OTA update operation (please indicate whether OTA update is performed when giving feedback)
4. Abnormal removal and insertion of SD card (game console or card reader) leads to SD card data loss
5. When the SD card is inserted into the computer, it pops up and needs to be repaired. I clicked on repair, causing the computer to automatically delete some files

To avoid SD card problems, we can:
1. Do not perform OTA updates on custom system cards
2. It is recommended to insert and remove SD cards normally (for example, to remove an SD card from a computer, click Eject first, then remove the SD card)
3. If the SD card is ejected when inserted into a computer and needs to be repaired, do not click Repair
