At Mechdiy.com, we are committed to providing you with a satisfying shopping experience. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for refund or exchange requests.


📋 Return Eligibility & Conditions

Please make sure your item meets the following requirements before applying for a return:

Eligible for Return:

  • The product is defective or non-functional before use

  • Return request is submitted within 30 days of receipt, and approved by our customer service (RMA authorization)

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Items not purchased directly from Mechdiy.com

  • Products with missing, damaged, tampered, or unreadable serial numbers

  • Incorrect orders due to customer error (wrong model, color, etc.)

  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories

  • Items damaged due to misuse, dropping, liquid exposure, modification, or normal wear and tear

⚠️ Mechdiy.com reserves the right to refuse refunds or exchanges if the returned item does not meet the above conditions. Ineligible items may not be returned to the customer.


🚚 Shipping & Return Shipping Costs

  • For non-defective returns (e.g., customer change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • For returns due to our fault (e.g., wrong item shipped, item damaged during delivery), please send photos to us for approval. Upon verification, Mechdiy will cover the return shipping cost.

✉️ We recommend using registered airmail with tracking via your local post office for better security and cost-efficiency.


🔁 How to Request a Return (RMA Process)

Step 1: Request RMA Authorization

Please email us at service@mechdiy.com and include the following details:

  • Order number

  • Product SKU

  • Reason for return

  • Product photos or videos (if applicable)

  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

  • Any other relevant information

⚠️ IMPORTANT:
📩 We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return address. Do not return any product without prior authorization.


Step 2: Return Shipping Instructions

After receiving RMA authorization, please follow these return guidelines:

  • 🚫 Mechdiy does not provide prepaid return labels. Customers must arrange and pay for return shipping themselves through their local post office

  • 📦 The return package must include all original packaging and accessories (manuals, cables, retail box, etc.)

  • 🏷️ Clearly label the package with "Mechdiy" on the outside

  • 🔍 Provide us a valid tracking number for the return, the return logistics provider, and inform the customer service via email(service@mechdiy.com)

  • Mechdiy is not responsible for lost return shipments—please ensure the package is trackable and well-packaged

We only accept returns for products purchased directly from our official website (mechdiy.com). We are not responsible for purchases made from any third-party platforms or unauthorized domains that resemble ours.


Step 3: Refund or Exchange Processing

Once we receive the returned package, we will process your request within 1–3 business days:

  • ✅ If you requested a refund, it will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days

  • 🔁 If you requested an exchange, we will ship the replacement and provide tracking information

  • ⏳ If you do not receive your refund after 5 business days, please contact us by email
