Items returned without original packaging or accessories

Items damaged due to misuse, dropping, liquid exposure, modification, or normal wear and tear
⚠️ Mechdiy.com reserves the right to refuse refunds or exchanges if the returned item does not meet the above conditions. Ineligible items may not be returned to the customer.
🚚 Shipping & Return Shipping Costs

For non-defective returns (e.g., customer change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

For returns due to our fault (e.g., wrong item shipped, item damaged during delivery), please send photos to us for approval. Upon verification, Mechdiy will cover the return shipping cost.
✉️ We recommend using registered airmail with tracking via your local post office for better security and cost-efficiency.
🔁 How to Request a Return (RMA Process)
Step 1: Request RMA Authorization

📦 The return package must include all original packaging and accessories (manuals, cables, retail box, etc.)

Step 3: Refund or Exchange Processing
Once we receive the returned package, we will process your request within 1–3 business days:
