1. When Do You Need a Rescue Card?
Use this recovery method if your Trimui Smart Pro S:

Cannot power on normally

Is stuck on the boot screen
-
Failed during a previous firmware upgrade
-
Appears “bricked” but still powers on
2. What You Need
Prepare the following:

A blank SD card (data will be erased)
-
A computer (Windows recommended)
-
Rescue firmware
.imgfile -
One of the following flashing tools:
-
Win32DiskImager
-
Balena Etcher
-
WinImage
-
3. Create the Rescue Card
-
Insert the blank SD card into your computer
-
Launch your preferred flashing tool
-
Select the rescue
.imgfile -
Write the image to the SD card
⚠️ This process will erase all data on the card.
4. Recover the Device Using the Rescue Card
-
Power off the Trimui Smart Pro S
-
Insert the rescue SD card
-
Power on the device
-
When a green progress bar appears, wait patiently
Once the progress bar finishes, the firmware recovery is complete.
5. Restore Your Original TF Card
-
Power off the device
-
Remove the rescue SD card
-
Insert your original TF card
-
Power on the device
Your Trimui Smart Pro S should now boot normally.
6. Restore Rescue Card Capacity (Optional)
After recovery, the rescue SD card may display reduced storage capacity.
You can restore it using:

PhoenixCard 4.1
Select the SD card in the software and choose “Restore Card” to return it to full capacity for future use.
Important Safety Notes
